How do I choose between fixed-price and staff augmentation?
Fixed-price fits when the scope can be defined upfront: we commit to a result. Staff augmentation fits when the need evolves or you keep the lead: we reinforce your teams on a time basis.
How quickly can an assignment start?
A few days for staff augmentation depending on the profile, two to three weeks for a fixed-price project, the time needed to frame the scope and deliverables.
How does the near-shore delivery center work?

Can several models be combined?
