Engineering solutions by industry

VSOLUTION delivers engineering solutions for automotive, aerospace, rail, energy and industry: design, CFD and FEA simulation, automation and applied AI, tailored to each sector's standards and validation constraints.

Automotive engineering solutions

Automotive is our first industry. Since 2005, VSOLUTION has supported carmakers and suppliers from concept to industrialization, with a technical direction built on more than 20 years of vehicle programs. Our automotive engineering solutions cover aerodynamics, body sealing, interior thermomechanics, electrified powertrains and test automation.

  • External aerodynamics in a virtual wind tunnel: moving ground, rotating wheels, resolved rims, full force torsor (Cx, Cz, Cy, Cm)
  • Electric and hydrogen powertrains: system simulation over the WLTP cycle, fuel cell/battery strategy
  • Thermomechanics of interior plastic parts under solar load, consistent with OEM tests
  • Processes: electrostatic paint simulation, automated body leak detection
  • AI-assisted test report processing, with systematic engineer validation

Aerospace and rail

On critical deliverables, method matters as much as results: sizing, justification and traceability follow these industries' frameworks, with auditable calculation notes and documented assumptions.

  • Structural FEA: statics, fatigue, strength validation
  • Justification files and calculation notes ready for review
  • Design, drawings and industrialization of parts and assemblies

Energy and fluids

Internal flows, thermal and multiphase physics: we simulate industrial fluid systems up to non-standard cases, such as a liquid solidifying inside a closed tank and its effects on the structure.

  • CFD of internal and external flows, thermal and multiphase (OpenFOAM and the market's leading solvers)
  • Fluid-structure coupling: pressure, deformation, feedback to the fluid domain
  • System optimization: pressure losses, heat exchange, depollution

Industry and automation

From test benches to production lines: multi-platform PLC automation, SCADA supervision, special machines and inspection stations, up to AI agents deployed on premises and connected to your engineering data.

  • PLC automation, SCADA and embedded software, from study to commissioning
  • Turnkey special machines and inspection stations
  • On-premise AI for engineering: extraction, synthesis and verification on your technical data
