Our approach
We work from early concept through to industrialization: product architecture, 3D design on the market’s leading CAD platforms, 2D drawings, bills of materials and manufacturing preparation. Every design is made to be manufacturable and assemblable (DFM/DFA) and secured through product and process FMEA. When structural performance must be proven, our designers iterate in short loops with structural analysis to optimize mass without compromising performance.
Our references cover automotive seating, body-in-white, interior plastics, industrial packaging and reverse engineering of existing parts: concrete examples are shown in our case studies.

Can you take over an existing design?
Yes. We rebuild usable CAD models from scans or drawings (reverse engineering), then continue the development from that base.
How do you guarantee manufacturability?
DFM/DFA rules are applied from the first sketch, an FMEA is run with your teams, and suppliers are involved early to validate processes and tolerances.
